![]() If your going to change your IC pipes or FMIC. That question really depends on your preference on BOV sound and the way it works. Its the middle one price wise and since the IC pipes I got are custom I could of had a flange welded for the HKS as well. I personally if I could do it all over again, would go with the HKS. I love it! I love the sound it makes and how responsive it is in letting out the vacuum pressure so quickly. Supposably the Synapse is the best BOV on the market for our car, but that is debatable. You will still have to do the same setup like with the HKS BOV for the vacuum lines. Will require you to get a pipe welded because it will not fit in the stock location and there is not adapter for it to fit the stock location. The synapse is the most expensive of the three. Price wise its the second on list for price. You have to bypass the stock boost solenoid and use direct vacuum from the intake. But, this will require some modification to how you run the vacuum to the BOV. I also know people on this forum who have bought the adapter to put the HKS BOV in the stock location. So that makes it the easiest of the three to install as well. Its also the cheapest of the three to do and doesn't require any further modification to get it working properly, you just have to swap the springs in the BOV to make sure it doesn't leak. Like Speedo said, its not obnoxiously loud. You can buy the Forge BOV as a stock replacement that can also vent to atmosphere.
